“Taking it one step further with a peppered brown sugar bacon , it might be more than just a beef patty in a bun but it would be a shame not to include Von’s Seattle Classic as it’s consistently praised for how thick and juicy the meat is. “The family behind the Seattle happy-hour haunt Von’s expands with another bar restaurant, situated across from Novelty Hill and Januik wineries. Merrisa Firnstahl-Claridge, the fifth-generation owner, opens an Eastside Von’s, with 100-indoor- and-outdoor seats, located next to the family’s Northwest Spirits Tasting Room & Retail Center that opened last year. Like its flagship Seattle bar, the Eastside Von’s has the popular “Wagering Wheel,” where patrons can spin the wheel to try to win a discounted stiff drink.”

December (Edit: January) next door to its sister business, Northwest Spirits Distillery Tasting Room. The restaurant and tasting room are located in Woodinville’s spirit and wine district at 15029 Redmond-Woodinville Road N.E.
‘“We are so eager to be opening a new Von’s 1000 in Woodinville. What an exciting, vibrant community,” fifth-generation Von’s operator and owner Missy Firnstahl-Claridge said in a news release. “Von’s will offer locals and destination travelers our house-made sourdough pasta preparations, sharable pizzas, built-on house fermented sourdough, and Von’s hamburgers, just to name a few customer favorites. We have imagined what will be a gorgeous space: Our famous 1000+ spirits back bar will be prominent, (and) we plan an expansive indoor dining room/bar area plus 30 seasonal patio seats.”’
